Clock Drawing





這位病人於其左額葉有個5公分大的meningioma。我請他畫個三點半的時鐘，病人先是在中央畫個小圈，然後轉著紙寫數字。從1寫到12之後又猶豫許久，經提示，才將時針畫在3-4之間。而分針，他就畫不下去了。

    Such a special case!

    看到他畫的鐘，首先想到的是他可能有"visuospatial"的問題，executive fucntion 也有問題。此外，他以"轉紙"的方式畫時鐘，又讓我聯想到hemineglect的病人經由復健後轉著盤子吃飯的樣子......不知他是否有其他hemineglect的表現?

    可是，左額葉病變為何會有hemineglect的表現? 是因為同側的frontal與parietal間的intrahemispheric connection被截斷的關係嗎??
